Good Afternoon-

My name is Pat Harrigan and I am a campus marketing coordinator with Collegeboxes. We offer summer storage and shipping services to students and we’re looking for a campus manager at RIT for the spring season. A campus manager basically heads up all of our marketing activities on campus. This includes, distributing flyers and posters, hosting informational sessions, and partnering with different student groups to get the word out about our service. Collegeboxes has been in business for 8 years and currently services more than 8,000 students nationwide. I am contacting you to see you if there is anyone involved with your organization that may be interested in the position. We have also had entire student groups and teams successfully divide up the responsibility. It’s a great way for a student group, team, or an individual to make a few thousand dollars over the course of the semester. Incentives:

-You decide how you get paid. We can pay you bi-weekly or a lump sum depending on your

preference. CM payments in total range from $500-$4,000 a season.

Duties:

- Know your campus inside and out.

- Poster, flyer, and hold tabling events on campus.

- Direct Collegeboxes Movers during pick-up / delivery days on your campus.

- Email photos and reports of your work on campus bi-weekly.

- Attend campus organization meetings to market Collegeboxes services.

- Have FUN and come up with creative ideas to brand Collegeboxes on your campus.
